Hydrogenated "Trans fats" Vegetable Oils (Margarine) = BAD (increase bad cholesterol and decrease gook cholesterol)
Polyunsaturated fats = no gook. (decreases both Bad AND gook cholesterol)
Monounsaturated fats (Olive, canola, peanut oil) = gook (decrease bad cholesterol)
Omega 3 fatty acids (fish oil) = gook (decrease triglycerides)
